We'll assist you with flat batteries, emergency fuel, flat tyres, lost or locked keys, towing and transportation costs, caravan and trailer assistance, accident coordination, emergency accommodation, car rental, alternative transportation coordination, vehicle relocation coordination, urgent message relay and cancellation or rebooking of travel arrangements.
Roadside Assistance membership is provided by Digicall Assist Pty Ltd ABN 92 152 605 340 trading as ‘Digicall Assist’. Whenever you request roadside vehicle assistance under your membership, you will be making that request to Digicall Assist, who will provide the services on the terms and conditions set out below. The terms and conditions contain exclusions and limitations.

Lifetime Roadside Assistance when you service through Fiat
Every time you service your Fiat at an authorised Fiat dealership, you'll receive an additional 12 months roadside and can continue to do this for the lifetime of your vehicle.
We value every single Fiat customer and as such, Lifetime Roadside Assistance is available to all Fiat owners - and we mean all. Even if your Fiat has missed a few services or is more than 10 years old, you're still entitled to Lifetime Roadside Assistance. All you need to do is return to an authorised Fiat dealership and complete a scheduled service for your vehicle (according to your Service & Warranty Handbook), to enjoy the benefits of an additional 12-months Roadside Assistance.
With Service Activated Roadside Assistance, the Roadside Assistance program you receive with a new vehicle is unchanged.
